15 Yard Container

Customer agrees to pay BASE FEE for the _15_YD. container which includes up to 1 TON 

of materials as well as any overages incurred due to overloading, additional days requested by the Customer, OR ANY FEES ASSESSED BY THE DISPOSAL SITE FOR ITEMS DESCRIBED IN THIS DOCUMENT. The base fee stated covers 1 TON OF WEIGHT. Due to strict weight limitations and associated dump fees any additional weight will be billed at $80.00 per ton above the allowed 1 TON.

Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by the landfill for certain items such as 

tires, appliances, cans of paint not fully cured, mattresses, large pieces of furniture, etc.. 

4. Payment for ALL BASE FEES as well as any known items requiring additional fees, will be due upon 

delivery of the container. Any additional fees due to overweight or other fees assessed by the disposal site not paid upon delivery are due within 10 days of container pickup. Any unpaid balance after 10 days will start to accrue 15% interest added every 30 day period from the date of container pick up until paid in full. There will be a minimum $30.00 late fee. 

5. If paying by check and the check is returned for insufficient funds the Customer will be responsible 

for any assessed bank fees.
